This utility can rename PDF files automatically.
PDF documents have become a standard in business communications. Any business, thus, has to handle them in large numbers often. When creating a PDF document, particularly in bulk, naming files becomes quite a hassle. Any PDF converter will typically ask for a name before saving the document into your local storage. It will be nice if some utility could handle this hassle by itself. This is one such tool that uses the first few characters from the text content of the PDF and uses that string as the name. Using this software is absolutely simple, no special knowledge, skills or training/familiarization is necessary. Most users should be able to get started right away. It offers the tools necessary to create batch of files to be processed. There are two buttons that help you add files one by one or a folder at a time. All the files in the folders get added to the processing list.
You would be able to clear the list should any mistakes occur. In case of any confusion, you can always load a sample/example file. You then specify how many words of the text string from the file (Starting with the very first word) should be used to rename the output files. Then the output file is specified. A single button for the process gets the activities started. A progress bar tells you how all the renaming is taking place. If you have a need for renaming a large number of PDF file at any time, this could be a handy tool. This is a good product.
